Über-Hip Rose Hip Mask

"Rose hips are extremely high in Vitamin C, with about 1700–2000 mg per 100 g in the dried product, making them one of the richest plant sources for that vitamin. However, rose hips also contain vitamins A, D and E, essential fatty acids and antioxidant flavonoids. From Natural Beauty at Home by Janice Cox. Fresh rose hips can be used if you have them, just skip the soaking step."
