Directions

  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  2. Cover and let stand for at least 2 hours.
  3. Gently toss hot potatoes with bacon and scallions.
  4. Stir in dressing and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4-6 hours, or overnight.
  6. To serve warm, heat in microwave.
