  • Blend eggs, flax seed, wheat germ honey and milk in a blender.
  • Add strawberries.
  • Break (or cut) banana into 5-6 equal pieces and add to blender.
  • If consistency is too thick, add milk. If too thin, add a few extra strawberries or another banana.

  1. This is a filling shake, I like having protein included in my breakfast to fend off hunger mid-morning. Recipe packs in almost 15 grams of Protein ! This recipe will be fun to experiment with as far as changing fruits and maybe adding extracts for additional flavor variety.
