Ingredients Nutrition
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries (or mixture of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) or 1⁄2 cup strawberries (or mixture of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) or 1⁄2 cup blueberries (or mixture of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 (375 ml) can evaporated low-fat milk
- 2 scoops low-fat frozen yogurt or 2 scoops low-fat ice cream
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve.
