ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blackberrie
- 1 cup low-fat milk (or skim)
- 1 (6 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt, black cherry flavor, I use Chobani
directions
- Place all ingrdients in a blender (I use a majic bullet) and blend untill smooth. Enjoy before it melts!
