  1. Dump Frozen Berries into blender.
  2. Add in yogurt on top of the Frozen Berries.
  3. Next add in banana carefully cut into 6-8 pieces so that the blender does blend it with the other ingredients.
  4. add in juice.
  5. Blend- If does not blend correctly add in some more juice.
  6. set blender to liquefy or blend (settings).
  7. Enjoy!
