Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients up to but not including Berries(fresh or frozen).
  2. Pour into greased 23cm spring form tin.
  3. Cover with Berries.
  4. Beat topping ingredients & pour on top of Berries.
  5. Bake for 50 - 60mins.
  6. Serve with whipped cream & Berries.
