  1. In a food processor pulse together flour, sugar, butter and nuts.
  2. Dump mixture on a cookie sheet (I use a silpat mat) and spread mixture into a 1/4 inch layer press crust together it will be very compact.
  3. Bake at 350° 10 to 15 min until slightly browned. Remove and cool completely crust will resemble a large crisp cookie.
  4. Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
  5. Fold in Whipped cream.
  6. Sread on cooled crust,.
  7. Top with fruit of choice.
