“This shake is loaded with antioxidants and full of flavor. Smoothies are a great way to get a dose of fruit, fiber and good fats. Adding a little canola oil to it provides omega-3 fats and viatmin E as well as a smoother taste. Tip: Use fresh or frozen fruit. Your favorite cold tea may be substituted for green tea. I found this recipe at Tops market courtesy of Canolaninfo. Each serving is 1/2 cup. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. I plan on using decaff. green tea.”
