Berry Ice Pops

4-6 ice pops
ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 1 1/2 cups blueberries or 1 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen,if frozen thaw berries (or a mixture of combined berries)
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 egg white (optional)
directions
- Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into small paper cups (I use bathroom 3-oz size), add popsicle stick.
- Sometimes it's easier to add the stick after they freeze for a little while.
- Freeze until firm.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes.
