  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 14 cup chopped red onion
  • 14 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • CREAMY RASPBERRY DRESSING
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons granulated pure unbleached cane sugar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated pure unbleached cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 12 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 12 teaspoons seedless raspberry jam

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the greens, strawberries, kiwi, onion, feta cheese and almonds. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Drizzle desired amount over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
