Berry Trifle

"Took bits and pieces of two or three recipes I found on line. It turned out perfect!! Exactly what I wanted. Fresh and creamy with a cheesecake taste as well! I used Strawberries on the top hence the extra cup of those.Strawberries were cut into slices and raspberries were cut in half. I also added a little sugar to the berries after I cleaned them, but that is optional."

  • Prepair pudding as directed on box with the 2 cups of milk.
  • Fold in 4 oz of cool whip into pudding.
  • Set aside in refridgerator.
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream.
  • Set aside in refridgerator.
  • Cut pound cake into bite size pieces.
  • In large glass bowl layer cake, pudding, fruit, cream cheese mixture, fruit.
  • Number of layers will depend on the size of your bowl.
  • Chill for 3 hours.
