  1. This was easy to make, and tasty.I liked it because it used ingredients I had on hand, and I could put it in the oven and forget about it.The vegetables and soup made a 'stew,' all I added was a green salad for a complete meal. Thanks for posting this,I will definately make it again.

  2. This was a very good meal. I halved the recipe for just me and my husband. I like being able to leave the food while it is cooking! Thanks for sharing!

  3. The veggies were no where near done after an hour but the pork was ready. Would need to roast the veggies for at least 20-30 mins before adding the pork most likely. Also the flavors are meh. Would not recommend this to anyone.

  4. I thought was a very good meal. It was so simple and the flavor was very good! I made it in the crock pot (low setting for 8 hrs) and used Lawry's seasoning salt and black pepper liberally. The only thing I would do differently next time is make sure that I trim all the fat from the chops before I put them in the crock pot. Other than that, super easy and very good tasting!

  5. The reviews are so mixed here that I just had to add my own! This has become a staple recipe to fall back on as my whole family loves it and it's tried and true after several meals. I always do this in the crock pot. I changed it up and substitued fresh bella mushrooms for the carrots last time and it was delicious! Any time a recipe calls for seasoning salt, I use Cavander's and use it liberally. There will be no chance of it being bland if you use it!

Tweaks

  1. This is a great dish, especially considering how easy and mess free it is. We made it gluten free by substituting Imagine's GF Creamy Potato Leek soup for the cream of mushroom/milk mixture. Next time, I'll bake the veggies for 10 or 15 minutes before putting the chops in; the chops were ready at 45 minutes but the veggies were not. Thanks, Karen!
