Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Cook ziti noodles as directed on box. Drain.
  3. Mix raw beef and seasoned salt.
  4. Cook ground beef into crumbles on the stove top over medium heat until evenly browned.
  5. Add spaghetti sauce to beef and simmer for about 5 minutes or until hot.
  6. Grease 9x13 pan.
  7. Put half of cooked noodles into the bottom of the pan.
  8. Place the provolone cheese slices over the noodles.
  9. Cover the cheese slices with the sour cream.
  10. Put in half of the sauce mixture.
  11. Next, put in the rest of the noodles.
  12. Lastly, put in the rest of the sauce.
  13. Cover with shredded mozzerella cheese.
  14. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or bubbly.
  15. For Vegetarian use the meat subsitute.
