Perfect! I was hesitant first to make this. I thought I might end up wasting more ingredients and time just to use overripe bananas, rather I just trash them. The reason behind hesitancy was that I tried few other banana recipes to use ripe bananas in past but neither turn out worth eating...when I googled banana recipes this time ,this one was rated 5 stars by every baker. So I decided to try.. And here my effort was worth. My hubby said "Yummmm" We are not big fan of banana bread in general but I see this one going faster!
