  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring.
  3. Set chocolate mixture aside.
  4. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla for 10 minutes with a mixer.
  5. Add flour and salt and chocolate until ingredients are just mixed. Then add nuts.
  6. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan.
  7. Bake for 35 -40 minutes, being careful not to overbake. Frost if desired.
