  1. Cut bread diagonally in 1-inch slices, without cutting through bottom crust. In food processor chop garlic finely; add oil and blend until paste. Spread paste on bread.
  2. Place in 350 degrees oven, directly on rack, with a pan under to catch drippings.
  3. Bake 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, heat cream in a heavy saucepan.
  5. Do not boil.
  6. Stir in cheeses.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. Add butter; mix well.
  9. Place crispy bread in serving dish.
  10. Finish cutting through bread.
  11. Pour hot cheese sauce over top.
  12. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
  13. Serve IMMEDIATELY! This cools very quickly!
