ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup onion
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp the best)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- breadcrumbs (optional)
directions
- Mix all together, put into 9x13inch pan, top with bread crumbs. Bake 45 min @ 350.
