  1. Place all dough ingredients into bowl and mix until dough forms, I use a dough hook with the mixer, if you don't have one, mix by hand, and kneed until mixed.
  2. Set dough aside in draft free area, and allow to double in size.
  3. In small bowl combine filling ingredients, and mix well.
  4. After dough has doubled, punch down, and roll out, into a 16x21 inch rectangle.
  5. Spread filling all over dough.
  6. Roll up tightly.
  7. Cut into 12 equal buns (rolls).
  8. Place into a 9x13 greased baking pan.
  9. Cover and let rise until doubled.
  10. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  11. Place buns (rolls) into oven for approximately 15 minute.
  12. While buns (rolls) are baking mix together the icing ingredients.
  13. Spread the icing on warm buns (rolls).
  14. Enjoy!
  15. These will warm up nicely in the microwave--if you have any leftovers.
