  • Cream oil and sugar together.
  • Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla beating well with a mixer.
  • Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into 3 8x3-inch loaf pans or one 9x13-inch loaf pan
  • Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.

I teach at both a high school and college several miles away from home. Cooking during the week is sometimes difficult to do so I'm always looking for easy recipes I can incorporate into a busy week. On weekends, you'll usually find me cooking up a storm for occassional leftovers for the week or to entertain guests. My favorite tool to cook with... the grill.
