  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. For the bottom --
  3. Combine butter, spices & cracker crumbs in a bowl with your hands. Flatten out in the bottom of a 10" Springform Pan -- set aside.
  4. For the filling --
  5. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, until smooth. Beat in the sweetened condensed milk, until combined, well. Add the eggs one at a time & then the sour cream & vanilla & beat until very smooth.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let stand, to cool & then refrigerate. Best served if chilled overnight.
  8. Top with your favorite fruit topping.
  9. ENJOY!
