Best Ever Cocoa
"IDK where my wife got this. She made this for Christmas gifts, last year for the family...we have 3 Sons & 9 Grandchildren & they all LOVED IT!!! We got requests for it again, this year, but didn't find the recipe until now. She asked me to put this on the Zaar for safe keeping.....& to share! We put in quart size wide-mouth canning jars that she had painted/decorated."

3-4 quarts
ingredients
- 14 ounces powdered milk
- 22 ounces coffee mate dry coffee creamer
- 32 ounces Nestles Quik
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces hershey's unsweetened cocoa
directions
- Sift all ingrediants together AT LEAST 2-3 times.
- Store in airtight container(s).
- TO SERVE:.
- Add about 2-3 rounded T. (or to taste) of mixture to 12 oz. HOT water.
- Stir briskly until dissolved.
- Add some mini-marshmallows, if desired.
- ENJOY!

This tasted good although I prefer the store bought but will keep this recipe to make when I run out of store bought hot cocoa.

I learned a lot about cooking from my Dad & an ornery old Norwegian cook, that I used to work for. <br />I don't get into fancy foods...just good ol' down-home, stick-to-your-ribs vittles...I'm a COOK...NOT a Chef! We also enjoy Panera Bread, Dickey's BBQ & Picanha Brazillian Steak House!!!<br />I've been married since 1977 to the most wonderful lady a man could ever ask for. We have 9 beautiful Grandkids...5 girls 4 boys, a VERY SPOILED white German Shephard (Tori) & a VERY goofy cat (Angel)! (Both of these are rescued animals.) <br />We collect antique gasoline engines & attend several shows here in the Midwest.I also enjoy ice fishing, Milwaukee Brewers baseball, WI Badger football, but most of all, we're HUGE GREEN BAY PACKERS Fans!!!!!
