Totally divine! I served this for "Saturday Lunch at the Farm" this past weekend. I personally love the addition of cottage cheese, in fact I have always used this for preparing lasagna. I followed this exactly right down to the black olives, and also was able to use fresh oregano and basil. This really turned out beautifully, nice and bubbly and made wonderful lovely layers. I also used canned tomatoes from the garden and this was so great, we had nothing left but an empty baking dish. Thanks so much, ~Nimz~ will make again, and often!

I made this earlier but forgot to post review. It was very good and I've added it to my lasagna recipe file. I omitted the sliced olive and sugar. I'm not keen on olives in my food (tho I love to eat the separately) and I try to eliminate any sugar from recipes. I belive the tom paste had enough sweetness for this recipe. Lee

I was one of the original members of Recipezaar that was truly a community of individuals that enjoyed each other in forums and chat rooms. I've been a member of this site since 2003. Made some tremendous friends that I still think of often. I'll continue coming here because my recipes are here and so many more that I tried over the years as a member. It's just a tad boring now and just another recipe site like all the rest. Sad.
