- 1 (12 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 1⁄2 cups salsa
- 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning (Lawrys)
- 2 -3 avocados
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup chopped olive
- 2 roma tomatoes
directions
- Spread bottom of rectangular glass pan with refried beans.
- Pour salsa evenly over beans.
- Mix taco seasoning into sour cream.
- Layer sour cream mixture evenly over salsa.
- Mash avacados and add salt and pepper to taste. Layer evely over sour cream mixture.
- Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle olives over next layer.
- Cut up tomatoes in small chunks and sprinkle top layer.
