Directions

  1. Toss spinach, onion, tomatoes and avocado in a bowl.
  2. Add cranberries, nuts and cheese and toss gently.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine vinegar, honey and soy sauce.
  5. Using a handmixer, slowly drizzle in oil while mixing well.
  6. Serve dressing over salad.
