Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Drain and mash sweet potato.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Divide mixture into 3 pie shells. Careful not to over fill.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 60 minutes or until it no longer jiggles in the center.
