Best Ever Turkey Meatloaf and Potatoes

“I'm really picky when it comes to meatloaf. This is the best I have ever made. It doesn't fall apart easily and doesn't take forever to cook. My 2 year old ate 3 slices and 2 slices the next day for lunch. Huge hit. Most meatloaf recipes call for 2lbs of meat but I only used 1 because there were only two of us eating. Please, don't use real potatoes. Try the canned ones with the meatloaf, you won't regret it.”
