"I threw this together one night in less than 3 minutes and it came out so delicious I wanted to submit it so I remembered what I put into it. Ingredient measurements are not exact, more like guesstimates."

  1. Made it 2 times over the last 3 days since I had a large halibut fillet. Folowed recipe exactly 1st time, 2nd time allowed fish to marinate for 1hr before cooking to ensure flavors were absorbed into this thick bodied fish. 2nd time was much more flavorful and my now fovarite way to prepare halibut! I give it a 5 out of 5 with the added time to marinate!

  3. We loved it! And already shared the recipe with a friend. Halved the red pepper flakes, and it still has a nice little bite in the background. Yum!

  4. I marinated the fish for an hour before baking. It was really good and full of flavor. My kids also liked it. I will definitely make this again.
