  1. Beat the peanut butter and butter together for 2 to 3 minutes at medium to med. high speed.
  2. Add vanilla, 1 1/2 C powdered sugar, and salt and beat an additional 3 to 5 minutes on medium speed. Start slowly or you'll have powdered sugar everywhere.
  3. Frosting will be thick. Add more powdered sugar if you would like it more stiff and a little milk if you need to loosen it up a little.
  4. Try not to eat the whole thing before frosting brownies, cupcakes, cakes, etc.
