Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

  1. Put flour in bowl and make a well in the center.
  2. Put yeast in the center, stir in water and sprinkle salt over dough.
  3. Knead till smooth.
  4. coat dough with oil and place in a covered bowl.
  5. Let rise 1 hour.
