  1. It was amazingly delicious!!!! I used kikoman less sodium, canola oil, and classic yellow mustard instead of horseradish! It was a perfect blend of everything, not salty at all!

  2. We loved this recipe. We marinated the chops all day and then cooked them on the grill. They were very moist and flavorful. No one ingredient stood out, they all worked well together. Even the daughter who doesn't normally eat pork chops thought this was great and asked for the recipe. We'll be using this marinade again soon.

  3. This wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything to rave about. I brewed the coffee a bit stronger than usual, used canola oil, La Choy soy sauce, jarred horseradish, "Slap Ya Mama" cajun seasoning (the best), and dark brown sugar (packed). By the way, it makes a LOT of marinade. I put 7 chops in and have enough marinade left over for 7 more. I let the chops sit in the marinade for 3 hours, then broiled them. Not sure why we were unimpressed.

  4. I only marinated this for an hour, and halfed the recipie with four boneless pork chops. It turned out really well. I had my fears because I tasted the marinade before adding it to the chops, and it didn't taste like much, just salty oil and soy sauce. But, to my surprise, we all ate it, every last bit of it! The horseradish was very mild, I may add more next time for my portion.

  5. This was pretty good! Yes, a strange mix of ingredients that really worked. I marinated just for the minimum since I was short on time and broiled these babies. Oh how I wish I had an outside grill!
