  1. I love this recipe, I use it every time I'm making B&G. I tweak it by adding minced onion, onion salt, and crushed red pepper flakes and it is TO DIE FOR!

  2. O. M. G. Made this today...I was short 1/4 cup of milk but still followed the recipe..only difference was it was a tad bit thicker....but wonderful. I also omitted the salt and just added a smidge to my plate....wonderful wonderful wonderful.

  3. Made this recipe this morning. It was very simple and easy. I did use a 1/2c of half and half and the rest 1% milk. I used the half & half because I didn't think the 1% was enough fat for this gravy, I usually use 2% for gravy. This was rich and thick and was wonderful over biscuits! Great recipe!

  4. I'm a bad cook and this turned out good. Used a touch less flour, and was also surprised it did indeed need the salt.

  5. Great.

I am not one who cooks 3 meals a day because to me, cooking is supposed to be an enjoyable pursuit and I do not cook out of obligation. However, when I'm in the mood, I do like to try out new recipes. I enjoy travelling, especially to places where I can find and explore old world architecture. I also like to browse through antique stores and flea markets, museums and galleries and I'm always looking for unique ways to redecorate my home. Due to my husband's career, our family moved from Washington State to Utah about a year ago. We dearly miss the evergreen state and hope to return there upon our retirement. <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
