  1. Let your butter get to room temperature and place in mixer (if you're using a hand mixer then place it in a medium to large bowl).
  2. Whip the butter until it is fluffy.
  3. Then with your measured 2 cups of olive oil drizzle it into the butter as it is mixing.
  4. Once everything is mixed well it will be as thick as cake batter.
  5. Pour into plastic container with a lid and place in the refrigerator over night.
  6. It will harden and spreads easily.
