  • Spread the mustard on both slices of bread.
  • Sprinkle on the paprika and chopped Basil.
  • Add the cheese and tomatoes in alternating layers.
  • Toast (or Grill if you have a sandwich press).
  • Coat the Press with a spray of Pam if desired.
