Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugars until combined.
  2. Add vanilla.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, blend until light and fluffy.
  4. Add peanut butter, mix to combine.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Whisk well to break up any lumps.
  6. Add dry mixture to wet mixture. Combine well.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate till firm.
  9. Preheat oven to 350F (325F convection).
  10. Roll into 1 1/2" balls. Place on cookie sheet 2" apart.
  11. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cookies should be slightly cracked on top, but not too dry.
  12. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
