- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 tablespoons za'atar spice mix
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tomatoes, diced
directions
- Grate hard boiled eggs on dinner plate.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle za'atar on top.
- Grate cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions on top.
- Arrange diced tomato around the dish.
- Serve with hot pita bread.
