  • 1 dozen egg
  • 1 lb hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 14 cups milk
  • 14 cup bacon grease
  • 14 cup flour
  • pancake batter
  • 2 cups syrup
  • 2 lbs bacon
  • 2 lbs sausage patties
  • 8 biscuits
  • 32 ounces orange juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven for buscuits based on package directions.
  2. Fry and crumble 1 lb hot sausage.
  3. Crack and whip eggs with 1/4 cup milk.
  4. Place eggs in large skillet and add salt & pepper.
  5. Fry bacon, place in warming dish.
  6. Place busicuts in oven.
  7. Start fire under eggs.
  8. Heat 1/4 cup bacon grease in large saucepan.
  9. Add 1/4 cup flour and brown.
  10. Add 2 cups milk and thicken.
  11. Add 1 lb crumbled sausage.
  12. Cook sausage patties according to package directions.
  13. Cook pancakes according to package directions.
