- 1 1⁄2 ounces dark rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- ice cream
directions
- Blend ingredients with 1 scoop of ice cream. Serve in 12 oz pilsner glass with a pineapple garnish.

We enjoyed this fruity, tropical cocktail. I used100% cranberry juice which cut the sweetness level just a little. Definitely a dessert drink.
