Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & pepper
  • 12 cup onion, minced (slap chop works great for this)
  • hamburger bun, along with any preferred toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomato..)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties, as big as you like them and cook how you like. I suggest grilling. Enjoy =).
