  • Bring remaining 8 oz of teriyaki sauce to a simmer; add teriyaki and corn starch mixture while whisking; bring to a simmer for about a minute; remove from heat and set aside.
  • Slice fresh pineapple int thick slices, grill over open coals then cut into large chunks.
  • Slice Spam into two slices, Grill over open coals till well browned then cut slices into a total of 18 cubes.
  • Skewer a chunk of grilled spam with a chunk of grilled pineapple.
  • Arrange skewers on a platter with Teriyaki sauce in a dish for dipping.
  • Sprinkle Chopped cilantro across skewers and serve immediately.
  • add 4 ounces of the teriyaki sauce to the corn starch.
