- Melt margarine and add flour. Mix well and brown until golden.
- Add caraway seeds and add water, mixing slowly. Add enough water so that you have enough liquid to cook the noodles and and it still be soupy.
- Add noodles and cook for several minutes.
- Break 6 eggs into the soup very carefully. Don't break yolks. Continue to simmer until the eggs are hard and the noodles are tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and add vinegar to taste.
