Big Melt-In-Your-Mouth Brown Sugar-Apple Cookies

"A delicate and soft sugar cookie with chunky applesauce topped with a very simple buttercream icing. You could use chunky pear sauce if its in season. Its a perfect fall cookie, although not heavy on apple flavor it definitely makes a moist cookie. This cookie is a comforting crowd pleaser"
