- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 1 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
- agave nectar
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
