Billie's Broccoli Cheese Soup

"From my friend Billie. Easy to put together, hearty for winter. I've also added chopped leftover chicken or turkey for a change of pace. You can also use 5 cups chicken broth instead of the water and bullion cubes, especially if looking to make this lower in sodium."

I'm a wife and mother of 1 adult daughter and stepmom to 3 stepdaughters. Currently I do not work outside the home for pay but do a lot of volunteer work. I love to cook although I'm not a fancy cook - DH wouldn't appreciate it! I love to craft when I have time: beading, scrapbooking and soap making are three of my favorites. <img src="http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b2/kiwidutch/my3chefs2009final-1.jpg"> <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/2009HolidayStockingSwapAMPageSticke.jpg"> <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/Animation6.gif"> <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg"> <img src="http://i490.photobucket.com/albums/rr266/Acadia/Banners/CoffeeTeaSwap3.jpg"> <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg"> <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Participation.jpg">
