Biltong Salad
"I'd been wanting to try biltong since I read about it in "A Far Off Place", but I'm not much of a meateater so I thought I'd try this recipe from Woolworth's."

- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 large yellow pepper
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 16 ounces spinach leaves
- 7 1⁄2 ounces biltong
- watercress, for garnish
directions
- Slice all ingredients except for the spinach leaves.
- Toss together and garnish with watercress.
- Tastes wonderful with a Sweet Onion dressing.
