Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 160 ml orange juice
  • 1 cup drinking yogurt (apricot or berry)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup skim milk natural yogurt
  • 1 cup sultana
  • 100 g mixed fresh fruit (sliced bananas, strawberries, apple)
  • 50 g slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Combine rolled oats, juice, drinking yogurt, honey and yogurt. Stand overnight.
  2. Add fruit and mix well. Add almonds and service.
