Directions

  1. Cook sausage, remove from pan and drain.
  2. In a saucepan over med.-high heat melt the butter-stir in the flour and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and whisk until smooth.
  5. Bring to a boil and stir 1 minute or until as thick as you want. Remove from the heat and add the cooked sausage. This recipe doubles really well.
  6. Serve over hot biscuits.
