- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed (preferably Bush's)
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 6 green onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Cube the mangoes.
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Enjoy!
