  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix well with a wire whisk; set aside.
  • Blend sugars in a large bowl using an electric mixer set at medium speed.
  • Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; beat at medium speed until combined.
  • Do Not Overmix!
  • Add the flour mixture and chocolates, and blend at a low speed until just combined.
  • Do Not Overmix!
  • Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2-inches apart.
  • Bake 23 to 25 minutes.
  • Transfer cookies immediately to a cool flat surface upon removal from oven.

  1. A moist and tender cookie with lovely chunks of chocolate and white chocolate. I made them with just the white chocolate, doubling the amount, for my white-chocolate-loving kids!

I live in to Jacksonville, FL with my husband, 2 daughters (17 and 11), 4 cats, and 2 dogs. My favorite things to make are cookies/bars and pound cakes.
