ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 -2 fresh garlic clove, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- red pepper flakes (optional)
- salt and pepper (optional)
directions
- Saute' onions, celery and jalapeno peppers in oil until soft (5 minutes).
- Add garlic.
- Add cumin, and other optional seasonings to taste.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
